		<description>Very true, I agree whole-heartedly, you get your core, triceps and chest in addition to the shoulders. One armed push ups are possible, but they&#039;re much easier when you&#039;re using the wall as a safety measure, free standing they would, as you say, take years of work.</description>

		<description>Handstand pushups are a fantastic exercise.  I&#039;ve worked up to 10 of them using the Convict Conditioning progressions.  Ultimately it would be great to do a one arm handstand pushup but that could take years of work.</description>
