The Best Bodyweight Exercises
Take your pick from a wide variety of bodyweight exercises designed to challenge you no matter what your level of fitness is. Most bodyweight exercises have multiple levels of difficulty that you can use to tailor the exercise to your own personal workout. We also have sample workouts available for you to use and tweak if you’d like a place to start! Below is a list of the major body parts most commonly used for exercise without weights. The exercises on each page are marked with an E, I, D, X scale. E = Easy, I = Intermediate, D = Difficult and X = Extreme. Please note that many of the exercises listed can be made more challenging by performing the movement more slowly or using a one handed version of the exercise.
